摘要
目的了解聚四氟乙烯假体在鼻整形中并发症的发生原因及预防。方法通过2003年6月～2005年7月158例应用聚四氟乙烯假体鼻整形发生并发症的回顾,试图找出更有效安全的使用方法。结果158例中发生并发症9例,均通过取出假体及彻底清创后治愈。结论对聚四氟乙烯假体有其使用的优点,通过假体置入部位的选择,适当的厚度及严格的无菌操作,可能减少其并发症的发生。
Objective To find out the reasons and preventiton from the complications of polytetrafiuorethylrer （PTFE） implants in nasal plastic operation. Methods To review the 158 patients using PTFE implants in nasal plastic operation,from June 2003 to July 2005 and to find out the more effective and secure way. Results There were 9 complications in 158 patients cured with removing PTFE implant and cleaning the wound thoroughly. Conclusion PTFE implants have many virtues in use of nasal plastic operation. For reducing the complication.it is necessary to choose the right location,suitable thickness and perform sterile manipulation strictly.
