摘要 采用一步法通过乳化交联法将纳米磁性γ-Fe2O3粒子包裹在壳聚糖中制备出纳米磁性壳聚糖复合微球,并通过多种分析手段对其进行了性能表征。结果表明:纳米磁性壳聚糖复合微球呈壳-核式结构,纳米磁性核均匀地分散在微球中;复合微球粒径在300 nm左右,呈均匀规则的球形;该复合微球作为牛血清蛋白的载体具有较好的缓释效果。 A preparation method of composite microspheres is reported. The magnetic nano-γ- Fe2O3/chitosan composite microspheres are prepared by the suspension cross-linking technique in the presence of magnetic nano-γ-Fe2O3 in one step. The properties of size, morphology, and magnetization are studied by some testing means. It is found that the prepared composite microspheres are of core-multishell type. The spherical morphology is observed and the size distribution is about 300 nm. The composite microspheres possess excellent slow-release effect as carriers of bovine serum albumin.
