摘要
本文结合文献检索课教学实践,从领导支持文检课的作用,自力更生精神,师资培养,教师的专职与兼职、强化学生实践训练等方面作了探讨.
In this paper a general introduction of teaching practice in literature retrieval course was given, and some problems such as the effect of leader's support, the spirit of self-reliance, the training of young teachers, full-time teacher or part-time teacher, and strengthening students' rearieval practice were discussed.
