摘要
通过向醋丙树脂分子中引入环氧树脂合成一种环氧改性醋丙树脂乳液,并对影响合成的因素进行了研究。所合成的乳液在150℃形成的高分子膜具有优良的耐碱性,可用于抗碱玻璃纤维无捻粗纱浸润剂的成膜剂和抗碱玻璃纤维网布涂层。
An epoxy-modified copolymer resin emulsion of vinyl acetate and acrylate was synthesized, and the factors affecting the synthesis were studied. The polymeric film of the emulsion formed at 150℃ has excellent alkali resistance, and thus the emulsion can be used as the film-former of the sizing agent for AR-glass fiber roving and the coating for AR-glass fiber mesh fabric.
