摘要
简要介绍了国外特种设备法规体系情况,分析了国内特种设备安全监察法规体系现状及存在的问题。阐述了我国特种设备安全监察法规标准体系建设框架思路,提出了安全技术规范及标准的完善机制以及实施建议。
The regulation systems for safety supervision of special equipment were introduced. The problems and current situation of regulation systems for safety supervision of special equipment in china were analyzed. The ideas on construction frames of regulation and standard systems for safety supervision of special equipment in china were expatiated. Some suggestions on improving the safety technical codes were put forward.
