摘要
对多层包扎高压氮气储罐进行了有限元应力计算,对存在层间未贴合和层间贴合良好的多层包扎容器进行了分析比较,在此基础上对考虑层间贴合良好和存在未贴合的多层包扎高压氮气储罐环焊缝缺陷进行了安全评定。结果表明,层板间存在未贴合的多层圆筒的应力明显增大,此时未贴合附近环焊缝缺陷的疲劳寿命降低1-2倍。
The stress of a multilayered high pressure nitrogen storage tank is calculated and analyzed by finite element method. Two FEA models are studied. Good contact between layers is considered in the first model, and partially contactless area between layers is considered in the second model. Safety assessment of an inner surface circumferential weld defect in this multilayer wrapped high pressure nitrogen storage tank considering good contact and partially contactless area between layers is accomplished. It' s shown that the stress of the tank of partially contactless area between layers increases evidently, and the fatigue life of flaw in the circumferential weld near partially contactless area is 2 - 3 times lower than that for good contact cylinder.
