摘要
通过对国内建筑施工企业人力资源现状进行分析,发现建筑施工企业存在一些人力资源管理问题.针对问题提出几种改善人力资源管理现状的方法.
After an analysis of the present situations of the human resource in domestic construction enterprise,some human resources management issues were pointed out. And some approaches were suggested to improve the situation.
