摘要
根据PLC的特点,提出了一种基于PLC的模糊控制方法,并以SIMATIC S7-200 PLC为例对模糊控制策略的实现进行了分析设计,给出了关键步骤的梯形图程序。实践表明,这种方法实现的控制系统具有良好的控制效果。
According to the control feature of PLC, a fuzzy - control method based on PLC is proposed. And the realization of the fuzzy logic control algorithm was analyzed and designed based on SIMATIC S7 - 200 PLC. At the same time, the pivotal LAD program was given. According to the experiments, it proved that the reliability of control system based on this method had excellent control effect.
