水介质中Pd/Al-MCM-41催化Ullmann反应的研究 被引量:1

The Study of Activity of Pd/Al-MCM-41 Catalyzed Ullmann Reaction in Water

摘要 通过浸渍法将Pd负载在A l-MCM-41上,用XRD、BET和XPS等技术对其进行表征,并考察了不同载体、A l含量、反应温度和酸碱度等对U llm ann碘苯偶联反应的催化活性的影响.结果表明,在强碱KOH存在下,以A l-MCM-41-60为载体的催化剂催化水介质中碘苯偶联反应具有良好的催化活性. Pd supported Al-MCM-41 catalysts was prepared by impregnating. The XRD, BET characterizations revealed that the Pd supported Al-MCM-41 catalysts remained hexagonal mesoporous structure. Result of XPS shows that PdC12 supported MCM-41 was all reduced to Pd~ by H2. Different supports, Al content, reaction temperature , acid and base were examined by using Ullmann coupling in aqueous solution. Results indicated that in the presence of base KOH, Pd supported Al-MCM41 (nsi/Al = 60) exhibited higher activity and selectivity in homocoupling of iodobenzene of Ullmann-type reaction in water.
