摘要
随着医院改革的进一步深入,传统的门诊服务模式已不能适应病人的需求。要想在激烈的医疗市场竞争中立于不败之地,就必须坚持以病人为中心,立足于门诊流程的优化,在医院的软环境建设上有所提高和创新,充分发挥门诊的“窗口”作用。
