上消化道出血的急诊胃镜诊治体会

Analysis of the Application of Emergency Gastroscopy in Upper Gastrointestinal Hemorrhage

目的探讨急诊胃镜检查在上消化道出血诊断和治疗中的价值。方法回顾性分析本院2000年1月～2005年6月因上消化道出血行急诊胃镜检查治疗的128例临床资料。结果急诊胃镜检查确诊率为94.5%,不同时间活动性出血检出率不同,<24h与24～48h检查相比检出率有显著性差异(P<0.05),急诊胃镜止血总有效率94.7%,不同时间治疗一次成功止血率无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论急诊胃镜检查治疗的安全有效的,不仅有利于上消化道出血的诊断,而且也是有效的治疗手段,镜检时间应该越早越好。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of emergency gastroscopy in the diagnosis and treatment of upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage. Methods Retrospectively analyzed 128 cases with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage received emergency gastroscopy in our hospital from 2000.1-2005. 6. Results The correct diagnosis rate by emergency gastroscopy was 94.5% and the emergency hemostasia rate was 94. 7%. The correct diagnosis rate within 24 hours was higher than that in 24 to 48 hours （P〈0.05）, but the hemostasia rate had no difference （P〉0. 05）. Conclusion The emergency gastroscopy was efficient and safe. It could facilitate diagnose and treatment of upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage. We should have emergency gastroscopy early.
