摘要
目的探讨高纯度盐酸小檗碱的可行性。方法先将存在于黄连中的盐酸小檗碱转化为溶解性较大的硫酸小檗碱提取出来,然后再将其转化为盐酸小檗碱粗品,进一步用薄层色谱法分离得到纯度相对较高的盐酸小檗碱,再用柱层析法分离纯化,经乙醇反复多次重结晶,得到高纯度的盐酸小檗碱,采用高效液相色谱法测定盐酸小檗碱含量。结果本方法提纯得到的盐酸小檗碱纯度达97%以上。结论本方法操作简单、实用、重现性好,可用于大批量生产及合理利用资源提供科学依据。
Objective To Methods Berberine hydr dissolubility, and then seek the feasibility of obtaining highly pure berberine hydrochloride ochloride in Rhizoma coptidis was turned into berberine sulphuric of large was turned into crude berberine hydrochloride. Relative highly pure berberine hydrochloride was separated by TLC further. And berberine hydrochloride was separated by column chromatography. Finally, the highly pure berberine hydrochloride was obtained by several crystallizations in ethanol, and its content was measured by HPLC. Results The purity of berberine hydrochloride obtained in this method reach over 97%.Conclusion this method is characterized by convenience,practicality, good reproducibility, which can be applied to mass production and supplied for reasonable exploitation of resource.
