摘要
进入21世纪以来,随着经济全球化进程的加快,国家间的竞争已主要表现为对人才资源的竞争,而人才的竞争,归根到底是人力资源开发与管理的竞争。作为人才资源相对密集和承担人才培养主要任务的高校,做好人力资源开发与管理工作,培养和造就一流的人才,已成为现时期高校的核心任务之一。
Along with the economical globalization advancement, competitions between the nationals have mainly displayed for the human resources competitions. But talents competition, in the final analysis , are the human resources development and management competition. Universities are relatively crowded as the human resources and undertake the primary mission of personnel training. So completing the htanan resources development and management work, training the first-class talented persons, become one of universities present core duties.
