粉末静电喷涂技术是一个系统工程，其控制因素主要有；原材料、工艺、设备及其它注意事项。本文以冰箱用环氧聚酯粉末静电喷涂工艺为例，介绍了冰箱用冷轧钢板粉末静电喷涂的常用原料、工艺、设备、常见问题及解决方法等。

Electrostatic powder coating technology is a systematic process. Raw materials, process, equipments and other necessaries are the main factors needed to be controlled. In this paper, the main materials, process, equipments and solutions to frequent problems are introduced based on the epoxy polyurethane electrostatic powder coating for cold-roller steel of refrigerator.
