摘要
语文教学应在师生平等对话的过程中进行,平等首先体现在人格的平等上,其次体现在对文本解读的平等上。师生间的对话是相互作用的,在以学生为学习主人的前提下,老师应成为引导者、组织者、倾听者。学生在平等互动的对话式交流学习中体验到民主、尊重和理解。只有对话,才有体验;只有体验,才有生成;只有生成,才有发展。
Chinese teaching should take place in the process of equal conversation between students and the teacher. Such conversation is interactive. The teacher should be an director as well as an organizer and a listener in students- centered teaching. The students should experience cooperative study in an atmosphere of democracy, equality, mutual- respect and mutual understanding. Only in this way can they study better and efficiently.
