介绍了江西铜业集团公司贵溪冶炼厂亚砷酸车间三氧化二砷制取工艺自动控制的特点以及Sm art ProDCS系统的应用情况。亚砷酸车间的生产控制采用仪电一体化设计,所有电气设备、机组和阀门均在DCS上自动控制或远方遥控操作。亚砷酸车间的Sm art Pro DCS系统用冗余控制站(FM811)连接81个I/O模块,以顺序控制为主,ConM aker源程序达442 KB。

This article describes the characteristics of automatic control for manufacturing of arsenic trioxide in Guixi Smelter and application of Smart Pro DCS. The production of arsenic trioxide is controlled by electrics and instrument, with all electrical equipment, units and valves automatically controlled by DCS or remote operation： Smart Pro DCS system is connected to 81 I/O modules through FM811 in sequence, ConMaker original program reaching 442 KB.
