摘要
采用共沉淀法制备了MgAl-HTLes,利用X射线衍射、红外光谱、扫描电镜(SEM)对合成物进行了表征。讨论了pH值、原料配比、晶化方式对合成镁铝水滑石结构的影响。结果表明在体系[OH^-]/[Mg^2+]/[Al^3+]=16:6:1,pH值8.5—9.5。[CO3^2-]值2~4条件下采用共沉淀法且用水热晶化方式可得到晶相单一的、高纯度的MgAl-HTLes.
Mg-Al hydrotaleites( MgAl- HTLes)were synthesized by the coprecipitation method, and characterized by XRD, IR and SEM. The effects of pH value, raw material molar ratio and crystallization treatment on the structure of MgAl - HTLes were studied. The results show that unique pure MgAl- HTLes can be prepared at[ OH^- ]/[ Mg^2+ ]/[ Al^3+ ] = 16:6:1 with a pH value of 8.5 - 9.5 and[ CO3^2- ] value of 2 - 4 under hydrothermal crystallization treatment.
