牛圈湖特低渗油田压裂技术研究与试验

摘要 针对三塘湖盆地牛圈湖特低渗透油藏地质特征,建立试验区,实施提前注水提高地层压力,油井压裂投产的开发技术对策,在牛103、牛106井采用低温水基压裂液、前置液氮和拌注液氮助排、二次加砂压裂等工艺,通过压裂获得显著的增产效果。采取的压裂工艺可以实现牛圈湖特低渗透油田经济开发,为三塘湖盆地油气勘探开发一体化提供了有效的技术保证。 As for the geology characteristics of an ultra - low permeability of Niu Juarthu reservoir in San Tanghu basin, pilot site was built, development technique countermeasure of pre - water flooding to increase formation pressure and fracturing oil well to put into production was implemented. Some technologies were used at well Niul03 and Niul06, such as low temperature water - base fracturing fluid, prepad liquid nitrogen and mixed aft-using liquid nitrogen with fracturing fluid to cleanup, secondary sand fracturing, etc.. After fracturing, the production increased dramatically. Niu Quanhu ultra -low permeability oilfield can be developed economically by the fracturing technologies above, which provide effective technique support for integration of exploration and development for hydrocarbon in San Tanghu bain.
