勒平-1井乳化原油甲酸盐钻井液技术

Emulsified Crude Oil and Formate - Based Drilling Fluid Technology for WeD Leping-1

勒平-1井是吐哈油田鄯勒构造带上的一口水平井,中侏罗统西山窑组层段泥岩、砂岩互层,粘土矿物含量高,泥页岩水敏性强,因此,极易导致钻井过程中井壁坍塌和卡钻事故的发生。根据地层及井身结构特点,优选钻井液配方,制定出合理的维护处理方案,在吐哈油田水平井施工中,首次采用乳化原油甲酸盐钻井液体系。钻井施工顺利,取得良好的应用效果,为有机盐无目相钻井液钻水平井提供了可借鉴的经验。

Well Leping -1 was a horizontal well drilled in Shanle structural belt in Tuha oil field. Clay mineral content in mudstone and sandstone interbed in Jurassic J2x formation was high, water sensitivity of clay shale was strong, so which result in borehole wall collapse and drill pipe sticking. According to the features of formation and borehole structure, optimum compositions of drilling fluid were selected and reasonable maintenance measures were made out. Emulsified crude oil and formate - based drilling fluid was firstly used in horizontal well drilling process of Tuha oil field. Drilling was smooth and normal and took a good application effect, which provided conference experiences for drilling horizontal well by organic slat clay -free drilling fluid.
