镀铬泵在中高含水期深抽井中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 吐哈油田自进入中高含水采油期后,由于综合含水上升及地层能量下降,油井需要通过加深泵挂挖掘井筒潜力。加之油井腐蚀及结垢趋势加重,液面下降抽油泵上下压差过大,造成柱塞与泵筒间的磨损加剧,抽油泵漏失严重,造成维护作业成本大幅度提高。通过对深井泵的理论分析,提出了泵筒镀铬,加强泵筒的表面硬度。通过应用,取得了显著的效果,基本解决了油田所面临的难题。 After TuHa oilfield entered high water - cut oil extraction period, because of overall water cut increasing and formation energy dropping, oil well needed to increase depth of pump to develop well tube potential, as well due to the aggravation of the oil well erosion and fouling, the liquid level descended, differential pressure of pump was obvious, which led to severe abrasion between plunger and pump barrel, the serious leakage of oil pump to make the maintenance cost increasing dramatically. Though theory analysis on deep well pump, plating chrome on pump barrel to strengthen surface hardness of pump barrel is suggested, the application of which has taken a good effect, which basically settle the difficult problems in the oilfield.
