关于省级教育学院建设和发展的几点思考

随着我国高等教育改革步伐的加快,省级教育学院发展面临着严重的体制障碍和政策限制。要整体推进省级教育学院的建设和发展,根本出路在于解决好体制障碍、政策限制、瓶颈制约、管理局限和结构约束五大难题。

With the rapid development of higher education reform, provincial institute of education is confronted with grave obstacles and restrictions. The basic way to push forward the construction and development of the Institute of education lies in how to solve five difficult problems：system obstacle, policy limitation, bottleneck restriction, management limitation and structure restriction.
