省级教育学院服务农村学校师资队伍建设问题初探

Exploration on Provincial Institutes of Education Serving for Rural Teachers Composing

在建设社会主义新农村过程中教育起着奠基作用。农村学校教师资源配置失衡、整体素质偏低、信心不足等问题严重制约着其办学水平的提升。省级教育学院应该发挥传统优势,拓展新的办学功能,以满足农村教育事业发展对高质量师资队伍建设的需要。

Education plays a basic role in the construction of new socialism countryside. Most rural teachers have lower quality and less confidence, which seriously restrict the development of rural education. Under new circumstances, as provincial training centers for training teachers from middle school and primary school, all provincial institutes of education must develop their traditional superiority, expand new educational functions and give serve to the improvement of rural teachers＇ quality initiatively and comprehensively, in order to satisfy the needs of rural education.
