教师教育不仅包括职前培训,还包括在职时的进修学习。为了保证国家课程改革现阶段的成果以及实现课改的最终目的,必须将教师的职前与在职教育一体化,切实提高教师教育质量。

Teacher education is a whole process of training, not only include teacher＇s trainsing before being a teacher, but also include teachers learning when they are working as teachers. In order to ensure the outcome and realize the aim of the new course reform, we must combine teacher education before being a teacher, which will improve teacher＇s quality.
