近年来,由于受商品经济影响和社会价值观念的冲击,女性职务犯罪呈不断上升趋势,从犯罪经济学角度分析原因主要有制约制度本身的缺陷,“大贪”的示范效应,一些女性“预期损失”没有得到充分的补偿等。
In recent years, as a result of influence of the commodity economy and the social value idea, the feminine duty crime is increasing. From the angle of economic crime, the reasons mainly include the flaw of restriction system, the demonstration effect of the ＂great corruption＂, unobtainable full compensation of some females＇ ＂the anticipated loss＂ and so on.
