教育信息化的目的是实现教育的现代化。推进教育信息化建设,以思想为入口,转变教育观念;以软件为灵魂,加大投资力度;以信息为核心,加快资源建设;以人才为支撑,加强队伍建设;以管理为重点,落实各项制度;以应用为目的,发挥建设效益;以网络为骨干,搞好配套建设。

The goal of the educational informationalization is to realize the educational modernization. To advance the constraetion of educational irLformationalization,we should transform the educational idea from thought as the entrance;increase the investment dynamics with software as the soul;speed up the resources construction with information as the core;strengthen the construction of the troop with the talented person as the strut; carry out each system with administration as the key point; display construction benefit with application as the goal;do well the necessary construction with the network as the backbone.
