摘要
田径运动员训练过程的控制,直接决定运动员成绩的保持和提高,本文提出了对运动员训练过程控制的方法及注意事项。
The maintenance and improvement of athletes trainning is directly determined by process control . This paper puts forward controlling methods of athletes training process and its cautions.
