摘要 本文探讨了酒店业收益管理的基本定义,明确了酒店收益管理系统的三个目标概念,包括潜在收益最大化,日平均价最优化和延长停留期。最后提出了酒业应用收益管理的四个重要策略,包括需求预测、收益控制、收益系统与程序以及监控等。
