Making tenders for document acquisition in academic libraries

随着我国主体经济模式的转变,招标日益成为图书馆文献采购的主要渠道。文章分析了招标用于图书采购的必然性,并指出对图书采购的积极影响和存在的不足,同时也提出了应对之策。

With the transformation of the main economic mode in China, making tenders for purchasing books and periodicals has been becoming a major channel in libraries. This essay makes an analysis of the necessity to purchase books and periodicals for libraries by making tenders for document acquisition, points out the favorable influences on and some deficiencies in the library document acquisition, and presents some to the existing problems.
