急性白血病患者γ干扰素水平与乳酸脱氢酶相关性临床研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究AL患者体内γ干扰素(IFN-γ)水平与乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)变化及相互间关系。方法选择去除合并心、肝、肾疾病、感染的AL病例,分初治或复发AL组、缓解AL组,每组15例,并与健康组(16例)进行对照,分别检测每例血清IFN-γ(ELISA法)及LDH水平,AL患者同时检测外周血白血病细胞数,对各指标行t检验比较及相关分析。结果初治复发AL组与缓解AL组相比其白血病细胞数及LDH高,而IFN-γ水平低;初治复发AL组LDH与IFN-γ无相关,与白血病细胞数呈正相关;缓解AL组LDH与IFN-γ正相关,与白血病细胞数呈无相关。结论血清LDH水平可判断AL患者体内白血病细胞负荷,高白血病细胞负荷抑制AL患者IFN-γ表达使患者免疫功能降低,缓解AL患者体内残留病灶与其体内IFN-γ表达有关,AL患者体内造血负调控因子IFN-γ表达与患者的正常造血水平并不一致。 Objective To investigate the expression of serum interferon--gamma (IFN--γ) level, LDH and their relationship in the acute leukemia patients (AL). Methods The serum concentration of IFN--γ was indirectly tested by Elisa method. The serum I.DH concentration was tested by clinical chemistry analyzer. All AL patients not including those with heart,liver,kidney disease and infective disease. The untreated or relapsed AL group and the CR (complete remission) AL group had 15 eases respectively. The levels of LDH,IFN--γand the mount of leukemic cells of the two groups were compared. Results The amount of leukemic cells and the levels of LDH of the untreated or relapsed AI. group were higher than that of the CR AI. group,but the level of IFN--γ was lower. IFN--γ and LDH revealed the significances and positive relationship in the CRAL group,but the amount of leukemic cells and LDH revealed the significances positive relationship. Conclusions The level of LDH can reveal the leukemic cells burden in AL patients, the high amount of leukemic cells can decrease the expression of IFN-γ in the new or recurred AL patients and depress AL patients' immunity, MRD can affect the expression of IFN --γ in the CRAL patients.
