The abnormal knockig failure of crankshaft connecting rod system is complicacy,which is affected of many factors.The judgement of abnormal knocking is a high technicality work,not only to distingush the sound difference,but also to know the special condition,sound time and the rule of sound change.This paper discusses the failure diagnosis and elimination for the common abnormal knocking of crankshaft connecting rod system.
