正确认识我国高等教育就业现状的特点——毕业生就业难,认真分析其深层次原因所在,并在此基础上寻找到相应的对策,对解决当前高校毕业生就业难问题具有积极的作用。

To correctly understand the employment characteristic of nowadays Chinese higher education, and the difficulty of obtaining employment for graduates, this article takes seriously analysis of the deep reasons, and develops the corresponding tactics, which have active effect on solving the employment of higher education graduates.
