大倾角采场“顶板-支护-底板”系统动力学方程求解及其工作阻力的确定 被引量:28

摘要 根据生产实践及其对围岩控制的要求,通过工作面支架(支护系统)设计及回采工序控制使其中的某些因素简化,将复杂的“R-S-F”(顶板-支护-底板)系统动力学一般方程化简,并以此为基础确定方程的边界和约束条件,从而求得可用于工程实际的“R-S-F”系统动力学方程的特解.由于“R-S-F”系统应该始终处于一种动态(运动)平衡状态,所以可利用动态稳定性理论,通过对支架(支护系统)在不同灾变状态下动态稳定性的分析,得到大倾角煤层走向长壁工作面开采过程中保持“R-S-F”系统动态稳定的支架(支护系统)基本工作阻力,从而为该类煤层开采工作面支架或支护系统工作阻力的确定提供了一条新途径. Based on requirements to strata controlling in practice on site, the common dynamic equations of system R - S - F was simplified by means of face support designing and mining process controlling. On the basis of this way, the boundary and restrain conditions were determined, and the special solution of dynamic equations of system R - S - F which was applied in engineering practice was extracted. The system "support-surrounding rock ( R - S -F)" should be in dynamic equilibrium status throughout mining processes of long-wall face along the strike in steeply dipping seams. The basic working resistance of support (support system) which keeps dynamic stability of system R - S - F in mining processes of long-wall face along the strike was obtained by analysis of dynamic stability of support ( support system) in different catastrophe conditions, and a new method of determination on the working resistance of face support was put forward.
