摘要
本文对蚊虫头部标本制作方法进行了改进,比较了不同浓度KOH对蚊虫头部的消化作用及效果,并对标本制作过程中的诸多因素进行了优化。
This article introduces the improvements on the manufacture of mosquito's head specimen. Digestion and effectiveness of different concentration KOH was compared, and multiple factors in process of specimen manufacture were optimized.
