非高密度脂蛋白胆固醇与冠心病的相关性研究

Study of non-high density lipoprotein cholesterol in coronary heart disease

目的探讨非高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(non-HDL-C)与冠心病的相关性。方法对530例冠状动脉造影患者进行了回顾性调查。结果发现冠状动脉造影阳性组患者血清non-HDL-C水平显著高于阴性组(P<0.01),并且随冠脉病变支数增多,血清non-HDL-C水平也相应增高。另外,在年龄小于55岁的男性患者血清水平non-HDL-C与冠状动脉病变支数、程度最相关。结论表明在临床工作中,根据不同的年龄和性别及时预防和控制non-HDL-C增高对冠心病性的预防和治疗有积极的意义。

Objective To analyze the relationship between non-high density lipoprotein cholesterol and coronary heart disease （CHD）. Method 530 patients with coronary angiography were selected and surveyed by retrospectively studied. Result The level of non-HDL-C in patients with CHD is significantly higher than that in non CHD group. Coronary multi-vessel change is more frequency in patients with higher non-HDL-C than that in those lower non-HDL-C. In addition, correlation between level of non-HDL-C and the score, vessels of coronary stenos is significantly in male patients under 55 years old. Conclusion It is necessary to prevent and control the level of non HDL-C in order to treat and prognosis of coronary heart disease according to different age and gender.
