前列腺气化电切术中不同灌注液的使用与病人血糖关系的研究

Study on the relationship of using of different perfusion and blood sugar for patients with prostate gland gasifying electrocision

目的研究前列腺气化电切术中使用不同灌注液对病人血糖的影响。方法将60例接受前列腺气化电切的病人随机分成两组,分别在术中使用5%的葡萄糖溶液和4%的甘露醇溶液作为灌注液,手术开始时、开始后20 min4、0 min及手术结束2 h和4 h检测病人血糖,分析两组病人在不同时点血糖浓度的变化,以及每一时点两组间血糖浓度的差异。结果病人手术中血糖浓度与手术前无显著性差异,术后2 h和4 h的血糖浓度均显著高于手术开始时的血糖浓度,在所有的5个时点上,两组间的血糖浓度均无显著性差异。结论前列腺气化电切术后患者血糖浓度轻度升高,但与膀胱冲洗液种类无明显关系。

Objective To study the effect of using of different perfusion and blood sugar for patients with prostate gland gasifying electroeision, Methods 60 patients with prostate gland gasifying electrocision were divided into two groups. 5% of glucose solution and 4% of mannitoi solution was used in the two groups respectively during operalion. The change and difference of blood sugar were measured and compared 20 Min, 40 Min and 2 hours after operation. Results There is no significant difference in patients＇ blood sugar before and after operation. The blood sugar of 2 hours and 4 hours after operation were significantly higher than that of beginning of operation. There was no significantly difference in blood sugar at five timing point. Conclusions The blood sugar was slightly increased after prostate gland gasifying electrocision, no relationship was found for the kinds of bladder perfusion during operation.
