摘要
本文建立了计算含金属内衬的复合材料身管加工过程中产生的热残余应力和应变的模型,给出纤维和树脂的体积含量对残余应力影响的模型,编制了计算复合材料身管的残余应力的程序,分别计算了多种纤维树脂比例下复合材料身管中的热残余应力。通过调节纤维和树脂的含量可使得复合材料身管中的残余应力达到较优值。
A model is established to calculate the thermal residual stress and strain for the change of the temperature during the cure in the composite barrel. The influence of the volume fractions in the composites on the residual stress is also given in this paper. A computer program is made to simulate the residual stress and strain with different volume fractions of the composites in the composite barrel. The residual stress can be better controlled by adjusting the volume fractions of the resin and fibre.
