介绍了地理信息系统(GeographicInformationSystem,GIS)组件技术的特点,充分利用GIS在管理空间数据和属性数据上的优势以及强大的空间分析能力,开发热带作物气候区划系统,并用气温数据对系统推算的可靠性进行检验。

GIS components were introduced to develop a GIS based tropical crops zoning system by making full use of the advantages of GIS in management of the spatial and attribute data as well as its strong spatial analysis function. The reliability of output of this system was cross checked with the temperature data available. This system when applied will take place of the traditional information processing and improve the effectiveness of tropical crops zoning.
