摘要
用种子作外植体,建立了海南龙血树(DracaenacambodianaPierreexGagnepain)的组织培养和再生体系。结果表明:海南龙血树种子诱导愈伤组织的最佳培养基为MS+6-BA3mg/L+NAA0.3mg/L,诱导率达80%;附加6-BA2mg/L+NAA0.2mg/L的MS培养基有利于芽的分化和增殖,培养60d左右,每个外植体分化形成的再生小植株数达8~20个;在1/2MS+NAA0.5mg/L的培养基中诱导生根效果最好。
The seeds of Dracaena cambodiana Pierre ex Gagnepain were used as explants to establish a tissue culture and regeneration system. The best medium for callus induction from seeds was found to be the MS + 3 mg/L 6-BA + 0.3 mg/L NAA. The induction frequency was 80%. The MS supplemented with 2 mg/L 6-BA and 0.2 mg/L NAA was favorable to differentiation and proliferation of buds, and each explant regenerated 8-20 plantlets about 60 days of culture. The optimum root-inducing medium was 1/2 MS supplemented with NAA 0.5 mg/L.
