介绍了自动闭合式夹钳的工作原理及夹钳的零件设计和虚拟装配设计,建立了夹钳的力学模型,作了分析计算,并应用ADAMS软件对夹钳进行动力学分析,最后应用ANSYS软件对夹钳关键零件进行应力分析,为以后进行夹钳优化设计奠定了基础和提供了帮助.
The operating principle of automatic closing clamps is introduced in the paper;the parts and virtual assembly design of the clamps are particularly introduced ; the mechanical model is calculated and analyzed; ADAMS is used to do dynamic analysis of the clamps;inally AYSYS is used to do stress analysis of the clamps' key parts which lays the groundwork and offers help for the optional design of clamps.
