摘要
在纤维缠绕成型中,对卷取材料的张力控制是关系到产品质量的关键技术.根据纤维缠绕工艺的特点,分析了缠绕过程中张力的变化规律及影响因素,设计了以集成式可编程序控制器为主控机,以磁粉制动器为执行元件的张力控制系统.以放卷辊为研究对象,对其运动状态作了详细的分析,进而给出了计算控制力矩的程序框图.实践证明所推导的数学模型是正确的,系统具有优良的控制精度和稳定性.
To control the tension of the winding material is the key techniques that guarantee the product quality in the textile fiber twines takes shape. Aims at the characteristic of the fiber winding and analyzed the change pattern of the tension and the factors that influence the tension in the process, designed a tension control system which main control setup is integrated PLC and which functional elements is magnetic powder brake. Take puts the winding up roller as the research object,has made the detailed analysis to its state of motion and a program scheme for calculating the tension control torque was provided. The result of practiced application indicates that the formula brawn is proper and the system has excellent control precision and the stability.
