去痴灵胶囊中挥发油的提取工艺 被引量:2

摘要 用水蒸气蒸馏法分别对广东海风藤、石菖蒲、五味子3味中药单独进行挥发油成分提取,然后将3味药以复方比例混合提取,比较它们在提取量、提取速度、提取成分方面的差异.并用正交设计法考察加水量、提取时间、药材粉碎度等因素对挥发油提取量的影响,优化了工艺参数.结果表明,广东海风藤、石菖蒲、五味子单独提取与以复方比例混合提取在提取量、提取速度、提取成分方面基本一致.正交试验中以提取量作为指标,提取时间和粉碎度的影响具显著性意义,加水量的影响无显著性意义.最终确定采用以复方比例混合形式提取挥发油的提取路线,最优工艺条件为A2B3C3,即加药材质量8倍量的水、提取7 h、使用药材细粉进行提取. To determine the extraction process of essential oil from Kadsura heteroclita (Roxb.) Craib, Acorus tatarinowii Schott and Schisandra chinensis (Turcz.) Baill in Quchiling capsule, comparison of different methods including separate extraction and mixed extraction of essential oil was made firstly in this article, and then the orthogonal test was employed to investigate the effect of three factors. The result showed that extraction yield, composition and extraction rate of extracted essential oil by separate extraction and mixed extraction was closely. Both the distilling time and crush degree are significant factors on the extraction yield of essential oil, however, the volume of water has fews significant effect. The optimum extraction process was A2B3C3, which means the volume of water was 8 times of the herbs' weight, the distilling time was 7 h, and the crush degree of the herbs is powder.
