摘要
介绍了制备无酪素颜料膏的一种新方法.主要对无酪素颜料膏中炭黑改性进行了研究,并做了改性炭黑在颜料膏中的应用实验.得到碳黑改性的最佳工艺条件为:羟甲基化碳黑质量浓度0.22 g/mL、单体浓度6.3 mol/L、硝酸浓度0.66 mol/L、引发剂Ce4+离子浓度16 mmol/L、反应时间4 h、反应温度50℃,接枝率达6%.应用实验表明:表面接枝的炭黑应用于颜料膏中克服了炭黑分散稳定性差的缺点,利用改性炭黑制备的无酪素颜料膏的稳定性得到明显提高.
A preparation methods of a novel pigment containing no casein is introduced. Technique of carbon black modified in the pigment and its application has been researched. Optimum technique conditions of carbon black modified are gained. It is indicated that when concentration of methylhydroxide carbon black is 0. 22 g/mL, and Ce^4+ concentration as a promoter is 16 mmol/L, as well as monomer concentration is 6.3 mol/L and system acidity is 0.66 mol/L, and reaction temperature is maintained at 50 ℃, the grafting yield of the carbon black will be 6% approximately. In addition, the application result is shown that the novel pigment has fairly well stability and dispersion than normal carbon black pigment.
