摘要
在电石法PVC生产装置精馏工序和压缩冷凝回收工序排放的尾气中含有VCM。高效回收尾气中的VCM,对降低PVC生产成本和减轻对环境的污染非常重要,生产企业都十分重视。目前已经投入运行的回收尾气中VCM的方法有:活性炭吸附,膜吸附,活性炭纤维吸附和变压吸附。从投资和运行可靠性方面对上述方法进行了比较,认为在实际生产中,应视不同情况采用不同的方法。
In the production of PVC by calcium carbide method, tail gas contained VCM could be released from the rectifying process and compression - type condensation recovery process. The high - efficiency recovery of VCM contained in the tail gas was very important to lower the production cost of PVC and reduce the pollution to environment, whcih was taken seriously by all of the production, enterprises. Currently, the adopted recovery methods included adsorption by activated carbon,adsorption by membrane,adsorption by activated carbon fibre and adsorption through changing pressure. The above adsorption methods were compared in the aspects of investment and running reliability. It was thought that the absorption methods should be adopted according to different actual production situation.
