颈动脉内膜中层厚度与2型糖尿病相关研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的研究2型糖尿病(T2DM)不同时期颈动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT)的改变,探讨其与各种相关危险因素的关系。方法选择T2DM患者96例(有大血管病变46例,无大血管病变50例),糖耐量低减(IGT)者33例,正常对照者(NGT)39例,分别测量各组受试者的颈动脉IMT;并对其与各种相关危险因素进行回归分析。结果(1)T2DM组、T2DM大血管病变组的颈动脉IMT明显高于NGT组、IGT组,差异均有显著性(P<0·01),且T2DM大血管病变组的颈动脉IMT较T2DM组明显升高(P<0·01)。(2)颈动脉IMT与口服葡萄糖耐量试验(OGTT)2h血糖(PBG)(r=0.644,P<0·01)、空腹血糖(FBG)(r=0.63,P<0·01)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)(r=0·617,P<0·01)、甘油三酯(TG)(r=0·547,P<0·01)、体重指数(BMI)(r=0·345,P<0·01)、收缩压(SBP)(r=0·286,P<0·01)、舒张压(DBP)(r=0·286,P<0·01)、总胆固醇(TC)(r=0·157,P<0·01)呈正相关。结论(1)颈动脉IMT与T2DM及其大血管病变密切相关。(2)颈动脉IMT与OGTTPBG、FBG、HbA1c、TG、SBP、DBP、TC呈正相关。 Objective To investigate the levels of carotid artery intima - media thickness (IMT) in different stages of type 2 diabetes mellitus (DM) and the association of IMT and some relative factors. Methods The study included 39 healthy subjects and 33 patients with imparted glucose toleranc (IGT), 96 patients with type2 diabetes mellitus. Diabetic patients were further divided into two subgroups 46 patients with macrovascular complications, 50 patients without macrovascular complications. IMT was measured in all subjects. Results (1) IMT is significantly gradually increased in healthy subjects, IGT patients, type 2 DM patients without macrovascular complications and type2 DM patients with macrovascular complications (P 〈 0.01). (2) IMT was positively correlated with OGTT 2h blood glucose (r = 0.644, P 〈 0.01)、FBG(r = 0.63, P 〈 0.01)、HbA1c(r = 0.617, P 〈 0.01)、TG(r = 0.547, P 〈 0.01)、BMI(r = 0.345, P 〈 0.01)、SBP(r = 0.286, P 〈 0.01)、DBP(r = 0.286, P 〈 0.01)、TC(r = 0.157, P 〈 0.01). Conclusions (1) IMT is correlated with type 2 DM and its macrovascular complications. (2)IMT is positively correlated with OGTT 2h blood glucose、FBG、HbA1c、TG、SBP、DBP、TC.
