摘要
通过研究圆孔轮切式拉刀在实际拉削过程的受力情况,建立了刀具切削部分的力学模型,并利用solidworks的COSMOSXpress模块分析了拉刀刀齿和齿槽部分的应力分布,找到了危险截面的危险区域;根据影响拉削力变化的因素,结合应力分布特点,分析了影响拉刀断裂的各种原因。
Baseed on studying circular aperture rotula-cut broach-cutter' strength' s play case when it work, created the mechanics model of cutter's cutting part, then analysised the stree distribution of broach-cutter's tine and fine chute part by using COSMOSXpress, and found the dangerous area of danger section; so liar as the factor affecting cutting strength' s change and the stree distribution's feature, analysised the various cause affecting broach-cutter break.
