摘要
基于图像处理技术的零件尺寸自动检测方法可避免传统人工检测方法的各种弊端。本文探讨了图像处理的基本流程、各种处理算法算子和参数选择,并通过实例证明了该检测方法的可行性。
The automatic detection method for dimensions of workpieces based on the image processing technology is put forward, by which the shortcomings in traditional manual examinations can be solved. The basic flow, processing algorithm operators and the selecting parameters of imagery processing are discussed and the feasibility and the accuracy is proved through examples.
