本文对目前冲(钻)灌注桩,工程监理工作中一些尚未引起足够重视的问题,如监理的主要内容,细则与人员素质、队伍的选择与强化管理等进行了全面论述。特别强调了对工程施工的全过程应置于监控之中,并密切业主、设计部门、监理、施工队四方的协调配合,及时将问题消灭在施工过程之中,以确保工程质量和项目施工顺利完成。

This paper discusses some aspects of the supervision of cast-in-situ pile that have not been paid enough attention to, such as the main contents of the supervision, detailed rules and regulations, suprevision competence, selection and intensified management of the construction team etc. To ensure the construction quality it is emphasized that the overall process of construction be suoervised and all problems be eliminated during the construction, and that the owner, designer , supervisionor and construction companies be coordinated.
