摘要
由于学生思想观念变化、就业难等原因,高职院校共青团组织面临挑战。共青团要工作创新:坚持德育为先的理念;推进职业规划设计;依托志愿者活动,开展社会实践活动;团组织要进社团,团教育要进公寓。
Based on the analysis of the current situation Communist Youth League work facing, this paper puts forward that to promote Communist Youth League construction, we should be people-centered, carry out quality education and innovate organization function.
