摘要
通过对电容器清洗工艺的技术分析,应用PLC控制技术和液压控制技术,设计了全自动电容器清洗机控制系统,设备可实现升降、五工位转位和抖动动作全自动运行,工作程序设定方便,性能可靠,清洗质量好。
The paper analyses the cleaning process of the capacitor, designs the automatic control system based on the PLC control technology and the fluid control technology, and solves the technology matters. The equipment can do actions such as the elevation and subsidence, the indexing of five operation positions, and the flutter, and it operates conveniently with good performance.
