摘要
以某机床主轴设计为例,建立了零件优化设计数学模型,并设置了结构优化参数,分析了主轴轴端的变形量。利用UG软件的表达式窗口和优化模块,进行了优化计算,同时,创建了主轴结构三维参数化基础模型,并实时形成了基于基础模型的优化模型。
By designing a mainshaft in a machine tool, mathematical model for optimize design of mainshaft structure is established and some structure parameters for optimized model are determined. The deformation of the end of a mainshaft is analyzed. Using expressions window and optimum module in UG software,the calculation of optimization is finished, the 3D parametric model of the mainshaft is created, and the optimized model of the mainshaft is showed promptly.
